IN-SEASON TRAINING

In - Season small group sessions are scheduled each month.

​

Players can book sessions to train privately, individually to join a group or with a group of their own. Sessions focus on hockey specific functional training focusing on speed, power, coordination, mobility,  conditioning and strength. Teaching proper mechanics of weight training, utilizing free weights, functional exercises, plyometrics and speed work that directly correlates to improving on-ice performance!
