The 2025-26 Breakfast Club Series will be running throughout the winter.
The Breakfast Club focus is on all aspects of power skating, edgework, transitions and puck skills, shooting, stick handling, etc...
The Defense Club is focused on defenseman specific power skating and edge work, as well as defensive skills including gap control, puck retrievals, net front responsibilities, offensive blue line tactics, etc...
