HOCKEY FITNESS TRAINING
The 2025-26 Breakfast Club Series will be running throughout the winter.

The Breakfast Club focus is on all aspects of power skating, edgework, transitions and puck skills, shooting, stick handling, etc...
​
The Defense Club is focused on defenseman specific power skating and edge work, as well as defensive skills including gap control, puck retrievals, net front responsibilities, offensive blue line tactics, etc... ​​

Co-operators Centre or Doug Wickenheiser Arena
Times:
7:00-8:00am
Dates:
Mid October - Mid March (Breaks over holidays)
Groups:
U11 - Tuesdays - 20 sessions
U13 - Wednesdays - 20 sessions
U15 - Thursdays - 20 sessions
U11 Defense - Fridays - 10 sessions
U13 Defense - Fridays - 10 sessions
Registration is open for the 2025-26 season. Payments are not required until we have confirmed dates. Once registered, you will receive an email when confirmed ice times are secured and then payments will be requested. This camp typically fills quickly. Register early to confirm your spot.
