This dynamic all-inclusive training experience combines elite ON-ICE PRACTICES focusing on developing your skills and hockey IQ with OFF-ICE GYM WORKOUTS designed to build strength, speed, and endurance.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
ON-ICE
June 1st - August 30th
U13 — 1 - 2 ice times per week
U15 / U18 / JR — 2 - 3 ice times per week
Power skating, edge work, stride mechanics, balance, skating efficiency, shooting, stickhandling, passing, small area games and hockey IQ
OFF-ICE
May 1st - August 30th
U13 — 1 - 2 workouts per week
U15 / U18 / JR — 3 - 5 workouts per week
Phased workouts based on current NHL training protocols, tailored to suit athletes appropriately for age
Phase I
Focuses on restoring muscular and postural balance as the wear and tear of a season causes all sorts of imbalances and range of motion issues. Training in this phase focuses on mainly single limb exercises and mobility.
Phase II
Primarily focuses on strength. Progressively increasing resistance utilizing varying power movements. The secondary focus continues functionality and balance.
Phase III
Is all about explosive speed and power. Using the strength players have gained and making it fast. Incorporating various acceleration/deceleration methods and plyometrics.
Phase IV
Focuses on players' conditioning and increasing work capacity. Interval Training, directional changes, and increased recovery. Both track work (speed) and in-gym workouts will be utilized.
NUTRITIONAL PROGRAMMING
Customized meal plans created from individual food logs to encourage proper athlete nutritional intake to maximize energy, recovery and performance throughout the entire summer which can also be applied into the players' hockey season.
EXPERT COACHING
Learn from experienced coaches who have not only played professional hockey for a decade but have also been developing young hockey players for over 15 years.

JERSEYS / CLOTHING
Each player will receive a HOCKEY FITNESS TRAINING jersey, hoodie, t-shirt and hat.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Applications are open for the upcoming Summer Skills & Strength Program.
This is an application - based program and not all applicants will be accepted.
Families will begin to receive acceptance emails early February 2026.
At that time a $500 deposit will be required to confirm your spot.
Finalized schedule will be posted end of February 2026.
The total program fee will be determined once ice allocation is finalized.
The remainder owing will be due June 1st.
Approximate U13 - ICE ONLY ~ $900 ICE and Workouts ~ $2500
Approximate U15 - ICE ONLY ~ $900 ICE and Workouts ~ $2900
Approximate U18 - ICE ONLY ~ $1100 ICE and Workouts ~ $3100
