Power skating, edge work, shooting, stickhandling, passing, and game situations

Phased workouts based on current NHL training protocols, tailored to suit athletes appropriately for age
MAY & JUNE ~2-3X / WEEK
JULY ~3-4X / WEEK

Phase I
Focuses on restoring muscular and postural balance as the wear and tear of a season causes all sorts of imbalances and range of motion issues. Training in this phase focuses on mainly single limb exercises and mobility.

Phase II
Primarily focuses on strength. Progressively increasing resistance utilizing varying power movements. The secondary focus continues functionality and balance.

Phase III
Is all about explosive speed and power. Using the strength players have gained and making it fast. Incorporating various acceleration/deceleration methods and plyometrics.

Phase IV
Focuses on players' conditioning and increasing work capacity. Interval Training, directional changes, and increased recovery. Both track work (speed) and in-gym workouts will be utilized.

NUTRITIONAL PROGRAMMING
Customized meal plans created from individual food logs to encourage proper athlete nutritional intake to maximize energy, recovery and performance throughout the entire summer which can also be applied into the players' hockey season.

EXPERT COACHING
Learn from experienced coaches who have not only played professional hockey for a decade but have also been developing young hockey players for over 15 years. Hockey, like any sport is both physically and mentally demanding. Learning from experienced pros is the absolute best way for young players to gain the knowledge from people who know what it takes to have success at a high level. ​​

Total cost will be based on the total number of ice sessions and workouts, which are still to be finalized. A $500 deposit is required upon acceptance of your application with the remaining balance due by June 1st.
