ABOUT KERRY ELLIS-TODDINGTON
Kerry is one of Saskatchewan's premier strength and conditioning coaches. He has been training hockey players of all ages, both on-ice and off-ice, for over 10 years in Regina and around the province. His success playing hockey at the NHL, AHL, ECHL, European Elite, and NCAA level for more than a decade and his love for teaching youth makes him an extremely experienced hockey instructor and his experience with sport specific training makes him a leading nationally recognized strength coach.
Power skating, stride, edgework, transitions, and puck skills are the fundamentals taught throughout his various on-ice camps in progressions fit to any level of skater to increase skill and confidence for each athlete!
Dryland training includes hockey specific functional exercise to increase athletes speed, strength, balance and conditioning that directly transfers to on-ice performance!
