Off-Season Training
Off - season small group sessions are scheduled each month. Players can register individually or as group.
Phase I focuses on restoring muscular and postural balance as the wear and tear of a season causes all sorts of imbalances and range of motion issues. Training in this phase focuses on mainly single limb exercises and mobility.

Phase II primarily focuses on strength. Progressively increasing resistance utilizing varying power movements. The secondary focus continues functionality and balance.
Phase III is all about explosive speed and power. Using the strength players have gained and making it fast. Incorporating various acceleration/deceleration methods and plyometrics.
Phase IV focuses on players conditioning and increasing work capacity. Interval Training, directional changes, and increased recovery.

**Some July and August sessions will include time in PEAK shooting lanes and RapidShot.
