IN-SEASON TRAINING
In - Season individual and small group sessions are scheduled each month. Players can register to train privately, individually to join a group or with a group of their own. Sessions focus on hockey specific functional training focusing on speed, power, coordination, mobility, conditioning and strength. Teaching proper mechanics of weight training, utilizing free weights, functional exercises, plyometrics and speed work that directly correlates to improving on-ice performance!

Once registered, players can pick and choose which sessions they'd like to attend based on their own teams schedule.

Cost
$35 + tax per session
