U11 / U13 / U15 Summer Dryland Training Camps
These dryland groups are a high tempo, circuit training style workout. Focusing on hockey specific speed, power, balance, coordination, condition, and strength. Age appropriate, proper weight training, utilizing free weights, functional exercise and plyometrics that directly correlates to improving on-ice performance!

PEAK Performance Synthetic Ice Shooting Lanes and Stickhandling Zone teaching mechanics of shooting and puck control

Wrist shot, snap shot (from front leg and off-leg)

Stationary slap shot

Angle changes and one-timers

Stickhandling

Dekes and quick hands, both stationary and in motion

Players will need to bring a hockey stick, gloves, workout clothing, clean shoes and a water bottle
